        在湿化学法生产纳米级超细粉体过程中,需要对超细产品的浆料进行洗涤以去除杂质离子提高产品纯度。对于某些分散性很好的纳米粉体,采用传统的板框、高速离心等洗涤方法,存在着粉体易跑料,滤液混浊、洗涤水量大、劳动强度高等缺点。无机陶瓷膜作为一种新型的固液分离元件,具有分离精度高、耐磨性好、运行稳定等优点,能脱除浆料中的杂质离子,有效地制备超细超纯纳米粉体。
